Being in a very new and evolving industry there can be technical challenges that face the business and it’s really cool to see how the teams work together to collaboratively hustle to get things fixed from identifying the issue (support or dev team) to updating the site to let customers know (dev team) to dealing with customer queries (customer support team) and then finally to resolve the issue (team effort).

What To Expect When You Apply
Collaborative hustle starts right from our interview process. A great interview isn’t just about us asking you questions, it’s about working together to establish if we’re right for each other. We dedicate time within the interview to answer your questions, not just as an afterthought at the end, and we’d love you to prepare some insights about yourself beyond your CV.
With the majority of our teams working remotely it’s highly likely your interview will take place virtually via Google Meets. Don’t worry if this is new for you, it’s our bread and butter and we’ll make sure you get the opportunity to genuinely get to know us and get a feel for the kick-ass Easy Crypto ride you’d be joining.
